The property was acquired for $13,455,000 by Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, a specialty grocer with 11 locations in New York and New Jersey.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank Frizalone, Nick Gallipoli, Thomas DeLuca and John Giannuzzi represented the seller in the transaction. Paramount Properties Group, owner, Gary Chimeri represented the buyer, Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace.
