A team led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank Cento will immediately start marketing over 200,000 square feet of available space. In addition to Cento, the Cushman & Wakefield team will include Jonathan Fein and Timothy Hanna.
Wall Street Plaza is a 665,000-square-foot office property featuring virtual column-free floors, with oversized windows. The building recently completed a $8.5 million capital improvement program which included a new HVAC plant and elevator modernization. Next month, a lobby renovation program will commence, featuring new entrance doors and a new concierge desk. The building has a 65-seat conference center for tenants and outstanding river views.
