JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, August 21, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Greg Rainey has joined the firm as Managing Director.
One of the top multifamily investment sales advisors in North Florida, Rainey joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida multifamily advisory group lead by Vice Chairs Nick Meoli and Mike Donaldson in Tampa and Senior Director Joey Blakley in Orlando.

Rainey joins Cushman & Wakefield from Berkadia, where he began his commercial real estate career as an intern while attending Florida State University and rose to Senior Director.
