HOUSTON, August 13, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that firm represented Riverwoods, Ill.-based Janko Group in its sale of Kennedy Greens Distribution Center, which is located at 13300 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Carpenter, Jud Clements, Robby Rieke, David Munson and Trevor Berry represented ownership in its transaction with Newport Beach, Calif.-based CapRock Partners.
Kennedy Greens Distribution Center is a state-of-the-art development totaling 524,119 square feet. Built in 2020, the property is located in the robust North Houston industrial submarket and features Class A+ building specifications including 36-foot clear height, LED lighting, abundant trailer parking and fenced secured truck courts.
Kennedy Greens Distribution Center is fully leased, with 69% of the property occupied by investment-grade tenants and the remainder occupied by an industry leader in its sector.
