OWINGS MILLS, M.D. – September 22, 2025 – – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of the Owings Mills Commerce Center, a 132,656-square-foot two-building light industrial portfolio located at 11460 and 11500 Cronridge Drive in Owings Mills, Maryland. The property was acquired by Fernau LeBlanc for $18,000,000.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Northeast Industrial Advisory Group of Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check represented the seller, CSG Partners, in the transaction.

The portfolio is currently 95% leased to nine tenants. The property features functional attributes including 18-foot clear heights, 53 loading positions, and ample parking, making it ideal for a wide range of light industrial and last-mile distribution tenants.
Located within the Beltway Corridor industrial submarket, the Owings Mills Commerce Center offers tenants immediate access to I-795 and I-695. This strategic position allows for efficient service to the 9.9 million consumers across the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.
