With over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Jackson has a significant background in commercial lease negotiation, personnel management, construction management and development. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at Urban Renaissance Group, where he was responsible for a portfolio of over 9 million square feet of commercial office and retail space and managed more than 120 employees. His career includes successfully negotiating some of the largest lease transactions in Seattle.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Idaho and a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA. He is an active member of the civic community, serving on the Downtown Seattle Association’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, among other roles.
