About

With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Shawn most recently served as Executive Vice President at Urban Renaissance Group. In this role, he was responsible for a portfolio of more than 9 million square feet of commercial office and retail space and managed more than 120 employees. Throughout his career, Shawn has successfully negotiated some of the largest lease transactions in Seattle, including the largest lease in Seattle in 2024—a 148,000-square-foot transaction with the U.S. General Services Administration. In addition to lease negotiations, Shawn has a successful track record in construction development and management. His market knowledge and expertise make him an excellent leader for the Pacific Northwest.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Idaho and a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA. He is an active member of the civic community, serving on the Downtown Seattle Association’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, among other roles
