DALLAS, 6 October, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented Clarion Partners in renewing tenant EY in its lease of Class A office space at One Victory Park in Dallas.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Schendle and Carrie Halbrooks represented Clarion Partners, while Glenn Dyke, Phil Puckett and Harlan Davis of CBRE represented EY.
