As an Agency Leasing Associate, Carrie Halbrooks is responsible for the leasing and marketing of office assets in the Dallas region. Carrie works closely with her clients to understand and meet their commercial real estate needs through market intelligence, prospect generation, and relationship building with key tenant representation brokers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carrie worked as an Analyst for Stream Realty Partners in their Dallas office, where her key responsibilities included market research, leasing, tenant representation and landlord representation. During her time at Stream, Carrie worked on the leasing team for Trammell Crow Center, St. Paul Place, Chateau Plaza, and Pinnacle Tower.
