Carrie Halbrooks serves as Senior Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Leasing team, where she leads the leasing and marketing of office assets throughout the Dallas region. Drawing on deep market knowledge and cultivated relationships within the brokerage community, she provides landlord clients with strategic counsel across the full leasing lifecycle - from prospect generation and positioning to execution and long-term occupancy planning. Over the course of her career, Carrie has leased a diverse portfolio of office assignments, ranging from value-add vintage properties to Class AA new construction developments. Beyond core leasing responsibilities, she also advises clients on strategic office and land disposition initiatives, serving as a trusted partner through complex transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carrie held roles at Stream Realty Partners, JLL, and Peloton Commercial Real Estate, where she developed expertise across market research, landlord representation, and tenant representation — a comprehensive foundation that informs her client-focused approach today.
