MINNEAPOLIS, November 17, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has secured several new long-term leases, totaling over 150,000 square feet (sf), at Southdale Office Centre, a six-building campus along the France Avenue corridor in Edina, Minn.
First-time tenant Southdale Pediatrics inked a lease for 38,306 sf at 6600 France Ave., a specialty medical outpatient property that recently completed major renovations to the first and second floor lobbies and common areas. On the other end of the campus at 6800 France Ave., Edina Realty signed a lease renewal for 38,676 sf and Evereve doubled its footprint to 41,113 sf and extended its lease. Several other companies have also recently signed new and renewal leases.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Bill Rothstein, Executive Director, and Eric King, Managing Director, represented property ownership, Wildamere Capital Management and Olympus Ventures, in the transactions.
“Southdale remains the most active submarket in the Twin Cities with its proximity to restaurants, retail, medical care, new residential developments, and easy access to France Avenue and Highway 62,” said Rothstein. “Ownership has committed significant capital improvements throughout the 23-acre campus, underscoring their commitment to the properties. The new leases illustrate the continued demand for quality office and medical space in this highly desirable area.”
In addition to 6600 Medical and 6800 France, the properties at 6700 and 6750 France Ave., are undergoing major renovations including new lobby additions to the front of the properties and an overhauling of interior and exterior common areas.
Office leasing activity in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area continues to be driven by suburban submarkets, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s recently released Q3 2025 Market Beat, with new leasing activity totaling just over 642,000 sf for the quarter, bringing the year-to-date volume to nearly two million square feet. Suburban transactions made up 79.5% of Q3 leasing activity.
