DORAL, FLORIDA, December 16, 2025 — Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm’s Retail Investment Advisors team has arranged the sale of Polo Club Shops, a 134,832-square-foot Publix-anchored neighborhood shopping center located in Boca Raton, one of South Florida’s most coveted and affluent retail trade areas.
Situated at the high-traffic intersection of Military Trail and Clint Moore Road, Polo Club Shops is surrounded by established master-planned residential communities and major employment centers. The property is 97% leased and anchored by Publix, Florida’s dominant grocer, which completed a full knock-down/rebuild of its store in 2022, expanding the premises to 48,387 square feet and signing a new 20-year lease term.
“Polo Club Shops represents the ideal combination of a high-performing Publix, exceptional demographics, and a premier infill Boca Raton location,” said Mark Gilbert, Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield. “This asset exemplifies the type of best-in-class grocery-anchored centers that continue to draw strong investor demand across South Florida.”
Mark Gilbert, Adam Feinstein, and Mitchell Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors represented the seller, Jamestown Properties. The buyer was Publix Super Markets.
