Fort Collins, CO – December 8, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of the second-floor office condominiums at 2121 Midpoint Drive in the Riverbend Trail office complex. The 6,800-square-foot office condo encompasses the full second floor of the three-story property. The final sale price was $1,350,000.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ells represented the seller, 2121 Midpoint LLC, in the transaction. Julie Norris of Re/Max Commercial Alliance represented the buyer, JZEstate 2 LLC.
