Industry veterans from CTK Chicago Partners bring decades of experience in tenant representation, construction administration and land development
CHICAGO, January 27, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today the addition of veteran real estate professionals Howard Caplan, Nick Saraceno and Steve Aaronson, to its Chicago brokerage team as Directors. Joining Cushman from CTK Chicago Partners, the veteran trio brings decades of multi-disciplinary commercial real estate experience to the firm, where they will primarily focus on driving growth within the industrial sector.
“Howard, Nick and Steve are exceptional additions to our team,” said Vicki Noonan, Cushman & Wakefield Managing Principal, Chicago. “Their extensive experience and specialized industrial knowledge significantly strengthen our Chicago-area capabilities. We look forward to leveraging their unique insights to provide even greater value and strategic solutions for our clients.”
Since beginning his career with William Kritt and Co. (now CTK Chicago Partners) in 1980, Caplan has become one of Chicago’s foremost brokers focused on the urban inner-city areas and land use changes for commercial and residential purposes. Working with developers and investors, Caplan is recognized for his strong knowledge of real estate economics, taxation, construction costs and environmental issues. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.
Saraceno has spent 39 years as a commercial real estate broker with William Kritt and Co., closing hundreds of deals across the industrial spectrum—from 2,000 square foot leases to 400,000 square foot property sales. Before entering the brokerage world, he honed his expertise in technical sales and "Big 8" accounting. This multi-disciplinary background is backed by a B.A. in Chemistry (Magna Cum Laude) and an M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University, as well as a CPA from the University of Illinois.
Aaronson joined William Kritt and Co. in 2002. As an industrial real estate expert who started his career focused on Chicago’s South and Southwest sides, he has grown his practice to help businesses city-wide expand their footprints and optimize portfolios through data-driven market insights. He offers a results-driven approach to complex transactions, including site selection and the repositioning of industrial assets.
