Ben Johnson and Zach Rines join firm as Executive Director and Director respectively
COLUMBUS, January 22, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today the addition of the Buckeye Industrial Group consisting of Ben Johnson, SIOR, and Zach Rines, to its Columbus brokerage team. Johnson and Rines will serve as Executive Director and Director, respectively.
Both come to Cushman from Colliers, where they bring decades of experience solving complex real estate challenges for their clients, with a focus on industrial leasing, site selection, land development, supply chain consulting and lease administration. Since founding the Buckeye Industrial Group two years ago, they have worked with high-profile clients including Mapletree, Brookfield, Industrial Realty Group, Faropoint, Post Consumer Brands, EMCOR, Zenni Optical, NFI, and many more.

With almost 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and a prior career in real estate finance, Johnson specializes in advising investors and occupiers in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and development of industrial real estate. He guides clients through all stages of the process to ensure both maximum return on investment and operational efficiency. Johnson frequently speaks at industry events, and has held leadership roles in both local and national industrial real estate organizations throughout his career. He holds a B.S. in Global Business Management from Arizona State University.
Rines specializes in the leasing, sale, and development of investor and occupier industrial real estate. Known for his commitment to client success and meticulous attention to detail, he strives to build lasting relationships with clients, providing a unique understanding of their long-term business goals. Rines is heavily involved in the Columbus business community and serves on the boards of multiple prominent local organizations, including CSCMP and Columbus Region Logistics Council. He hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
