About

As Executive Director in the Cushman & Wakefield Columbus, Ohio office, Ben specializes in advising investors and occupiers in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and development of industrial real estate. With almost two decades of industrial real estate brokerage experience and a prior career in commercial real estate finance, Ben has forged a deep understanding of these processes. Ben completes various assignments for clients and has been fortunate to broker the sale and lease of millions of square feet of industrial space and land. Additionally, Ben acts as a consultant for clients at all phases of their commercial real estate transactions, including the early planning, investment, and development stages. Ben has enjoyed being involved in both local and national industrial commercial real estate organizations, often serving in a leadership capacity. Ben and his team joined Cushman & Wakefield after serving as a Vice Chair and Principal in the Colliers Columbus, Ohio office, we he founded the Buckeye Industrial Group and was recognized annually as a top producer in both Columbus, OH and nationally.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons in Upper Arlington. He has numerous hobbies and interests including traveling, cooking, wine, exercise, sports, boating, scuba diving, snow skiing, camping, hunting, fishing, tailgating, home improvement projects, and any shared activity with friends and family.
