DALLAS, January 12, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Campbell Black and Jeff Tracy have joined the firm as Managing Directors.
Black and Tracy join Cushman & Wakefield’s national Corporate Capital Markets team and specialize in the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of net leased assets across all property types nationwide, with a focus on providing advisory services to private equity sponsors, corporates, and owner/users. Their highly specialized expertise helps clients monetize owned real estate via sale-leaseback financing and optimize leased portfolios via lease restructuring, consolidation and/or new site identification. Collectively they bring over 20 years of single-tenant credit experience in the capital markets and corporate real estate.
“I’ve always recognized the strength of the global Cushman & Wakefield brand, and its continued commitment to expand the capital markets platform only solidified my decision to join the firm,” said Black. “With its growth in Texas and across the U.S., Cushman & Wakefield has generated tremendous momentum in the capital markets space, broadly, as well as in more specialized areas such as net-lease and sale-leasebacks for corporate clients.”
Added Tracy, “I’m incredibly excited to join Cushman & Wakefield. The firm’s leadership continues to make a significant investment in its capital markets team, and that investment, combined with the market-leading tenant representation and leasing businesses, make it a great platform to support our growing corporate capital market practice to enhance services for our private equity and owner-user clients.”
Black and Tracy join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where they were Managing Directors in the Corporate Capital Markets and Net-lease Group, and, prior to JLL, they served in a similar capacity at Stan Johnson Co. (now Northmarq Commercial).
Black is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he also played football. He is a member of the TouchDown Club of Dallas, the Association for Corporate Growth and a licensed real estate broker in Texas and Oklahoma.
Tracy is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where he was on the golf team, and earned a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. A member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma, he also has served as a past appointed board member of the City of Tulsa Ethics Advisory Committee; a Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Past Pro Bono Panel Member; a United Way Community Investments Committee, past member; a board member of the Kidimu Kids Museum; and board member for Rising Village Foundation.
“Jeff and Campbell bring a unique set of skills to Cushman & Wakefield, and I am confident that they will work across our other lines of business to provide great solutions for our occupier and investor clients,” said Chris Hipps, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Regional Director. “Their experience in this complex niche practice and relationships in both the corporate and commercial real estate sectors is unmatched and will yield tremendous benefits for clients.”
