NASHVILLE, January 13, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Julie Wilson has joined the firm as Nashville Managing Principal.
In her new role, Wilson will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s advisory business in Nashville. Additionally, she will be charged with recruiting emerging and industry-leading talent to Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville team.
The firm leads Nashville in capital markets transactions and ranks second in leasing transactions, according to the Nashville Business Journal. Cushman & Wakefield has 327 employees in the region and a property management portfolio of 38 million square feet, which also leads the market.

Wilson joins Cushman & Wakefield from Healthcare Realty Trust, where she was Executive Vice President and led the firm’s property management, leasing and administrative teams. Before joining Healthcare Realty Trust in 2001, she worked in investment banking and real estate brokerage.
