ATLANTA, February 2, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Gregg Metcalf has joined the firm as Executive Director.

Metcalf brings more than 30 years of experience to Cushman & Wakefield advising private, corporate and institutional clients on complex real estate strategies, including headquarters relocations, build-to-suit projects, incentive negotiations and acquisition planning. He is especially adept at helping occupiers of office space navigate dynamic markets, unlock opportunity and achieve transformational outcomes.

With his background as a former landlord/developer representative combined with his experience as a tenant advisor, Metcalf delivers unique insight and value by understanding both sides of every transaction and delivering data-driven strategies to guide clients through portfolio optimization, improve operational performance and drive immediate and long-term success.

Metcalf will partner closely with Cushman & Wakefield Executive Directors Ken Ashley and Sam Hollis.

“Cushman & Wakefield has tremendous momentum in Atlanta, nationally and across the globe, as well as a storied history,” said Metcalf. “With the combined skills of our office tenant rep team, we have a real opportunity to provide an unsurpassed level of client services as occupiers navigate a highly complex market.”

Added Chris Ahrenkiel, Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta Managing Principal, “I’ve known Gregg and counted him as a close friend for several decades, and in addition to being one of our region’s top brokers, like Ken and Sam, he is a thoughtful, creative leader in our community. His focus on client services is unmatched, and those clients value the perspective he brings to the table from his experience as a developer, landlord and tenant representative. Combining Gregg with Ken and Sam forms a powerhouse team whose strengths and skill sets create tremendous value for clients and builds on our momentum to grow via adding the industry’s top talent.”

In the community, Metcalf is past Charmain of the Board of Trustees of Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) of Georgia and South Carolina, where his term ended last year, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Foundation. He is a past president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a graduate of Georgia State University.
