About
Chris Ahrenkiel is the Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta. In this role, he spearheads strategic direction and business development efforts for all aspects of the firm’s business in the Atlanta market. Our Atlanta team is comprised of more than 750 real estate professionals who provide property owners and occupiers with best-in-class service for agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, property management, project and development services, global occupier services and valuation & advisory.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris led Selig Enterprises’ office division, focusing on office development and leasing. While there, he developed 1105 West Peachtree and led the lease negotiations for Google’s 500,000 square foot anchor lease. Prior to this, Ahrenkiel served as Atlanta’s managing director for Tishman Speyer, overseeing the firm’s regional activities. He was responsible for the development of Three Alliance Center in Buckhead, which set an Atlanta pricing record. Chris is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on many boards.
