Kimley-Horn will occupy a full floor following a renovation tailored to its needs, including conference rooms and a mix of private offices and open workspaces. The consulting firm has over 11,000 employees located in more than 160 offices across North America.
“This new office reflects our continued investment in West Florida and the clients and communities we serve here,” said Martin Brenny, Senior Vice President and West Florida Regional Leader for Kimley-Horn. “As our work across the west coast of Florida continues to grow, this space gives us room to build our local team, work closely with our local clients, and keep delivering the exceptional client service our clients expect from us.”
Added Kat Belauste, Leasing Manager for Savlan Capital, “Kimley-Horn is exactly the type of tenant we’re proud to welcome to Bradenton Financial Center. Their reputation and long-term commitment to the market make them an outstanding addition to the building and reflect the type of tenant community ownership strives to cultivate. We remain committed to investing in Bradenton Financial Center and delivering high-quality office space, with recent capital improvements including upgraded common areas and newly delivered office suites. Combined with the building’s location, amenities and accessibility, we believe Bradenton Financial Center is an ideal home for Kimley-Horn’s team.”
