Project has a capability of 1,813,381 SF. One NoMa Station is across the street from the new Red Line Metro stop in the NOMA (North of Massachusetts Avenue) area of Washington, DC. A full building renovation is underway featuring six floors plus a lower level, north and south lobby with new twin cores. The building sits on one (1) full city block (M to L Streets) and features 1.8 million square feet of phased development in a secure urban campus. The building sits between two new federal headquarter sites located in NOMA; Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). The free-standing building includes a NOC (network operation center), POP (point of presence), webhosting space, computers rooms, administrative areas, security system, 10' finished ceiling heights throughout, floor loads of 150 psf and technologically advanced mission critical capability.
