Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Aaron Enriquez has become a key member of the firm’s Industrial Advisory Group, providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers, landlords, and investors across the Greater Toronto Area, while regularly completing transactions throughout Canada. 

Known for his analytical and fact-based approach, Aaron combines a deep understanding of market fundamentals with a solution-driven mindset. He has worked across a wide range of industrial projects, including manufacturing, food and beverage production, temperature-controlled facilities, logistics, and distribution assets.
