Adam Frizzell was a founding member of the Retail Group of Royal LePage Commercial Inc. (now Cushman & Wakefield ULC.) and has over thirty (30) years of Real Estate experience after graduating from BCIT’s Real Estate program. Adam specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and investment properties, and enjoys working projects through the entire process, including site acquisition, design input, tenant-mix, marketing, lease negotiations and asset disposal. Adam’s knowledge, experience and energy make him an integral part of the Retail Services and Investment teams in Vancouver.

Adam has been able to utilize his knowledge and understanding of commercial leasing in order to analyze and maximize the sale value of projects. He has been involved in a variety of transactions including land leases, First Nation’s land leases, the sale of air space parcels, strata properties, office towers, bare land, foreclosures, apartment buildings, liquor licenses, food and beverage, business sales and retail shopping centres. Adam has created niches in both the pre-leasing of shopping centres and the leasing and sale of restaurants and liquor primary establishments and has negotiated hundreds of restaurant transactions.

He currently represents both national and international tenants. Adam has successfully pre-leased from the ground up, several retail shopping centres. Adam also represents a handful of quality tenants including; Willowbrae Childcare Academy, The Canadian Brewhouse, Blenz Coffee, bbq Chicken (S. Korea’s #1 franchise brand), Central City Brewers & Distillers, Circle K, and H-Mart, (the largest Asian Grocery Store Chain in North America).

Adam was awarded the President’s Round Table designation for sales excellence in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, and again in 2022. Furthermore, Adam was able to adjust his business model, and utilize his systems efficiently during the challenging times during the pandemic and in 2020 managed to achieve a top 10 ranking for all Cushman & Wakefield brokers in B.C., top 25 within Canada, top retail leasing broker for Canada and top 10 Retail Leasing broker for Cushman & Wakefield Americas. In 2022 Adam once again secured a top 10 ranking in B.C. and was ranked #1 retail broker in Canada for Cushman & Wakefield
