Alan has become a well-respected agent in the industry and has built a solid reputation by providing effective representation services while striving to deliver the highest level of customer service in every transaction. Alan has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation, for industrial investment assets, industrial strata and freestanding industrial buildings. Alan specializes in landlord and vendor representation, identifying client needs and providing solutions in today’s diverse market. Alan and his partner, Sean Ferguson, assist clients with owner/occupier land and building sales, investment sales, leasing, renewals and build-to-suit transactions.
