Andrew Green is an experienced agent in Vancouver’s Industrial division who averages 40 to 50 transactions per annum. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. (then Royal Lepage Commercial) in 2000 and was awarded the title of Vice President in 2007. Prior to joining C&W, Andrew spent eight years in brokerage specializing in the selling and leasing of properties in the industrial areas of Surrey and Langley.
Major clients include WesGroup Income Properties LP, Blackthorn Properties, Bentall Kennedy, Morguard Investments, Bridgestone-Firestone, Concert Properties, Beedie Group, Teck Construction, Campbell Heights Development Group and Porte Realty. Andrew has been a President’s Round Table recipient and earned the Award of Excellence in 2008.
Andrew Green has a British Columbia Institute for Technology Marketing Management honours graduate and has been a proud Surrey resident since 2000.
