Asra Imtiaz is a Brokerage Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield’s Calgary office, supporting the Industrial and Retail teams. She brings over five years of experience in real estate and plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and transaction execution within the brokerage team. 

Asra specializes in sales support, operational excellence, managing transaction pipelines, and preparing high-impact pitch proposals. She works closely with agents to coordinate listings, oversee marketing deliverables, and ensure seamless workflow management from opportunity through to completion. 

As a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Alberta, Asra brings a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and transactional processes, further strengthening the team’s execution capabilities. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from University Canada West and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management with First Class Honours from Northumbria University.
