Mr. Bach is a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region Office with a focus on helping groups achieve their real estate goals, working with some of Canada’s largest banks, insurance companies and technology firms.  Benjamin has been involved in some of the highest-profile sales & lease transactions in Waterloo Region including the sale of The Shops at Waterloo Town Square (300,000 SF urban Class A office and retail space), and the sale of Sportsworld Crossing (240,000 SF suburban Class A office site with retail), and has helped many landlords fill their buildings, as well as advising occupier firms on selecting and expanding their facilities in Waterloo Region and Guelph.  Benjamin is a member of C&W’s Tenant Advisory Group as well as the C&W Emerging Technology Advisory Group that works with technology firms globally and has been recognized with Cushman & Wakefield’s prestigious President’s Round Table award.

In addition to advising his clients, Benjamin has been sought out for his insight into the Waterloo commercial real estate market by media outlets including CTV News, CBC, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Kitchener Post, The Waterloo Region Record and The Globe & Mail.
