Blake Gozda, a 2014 MBA graduate, is Vice President with the industrial team in the Cushman & Wakefield Vancouver office. With his sound educational background, Blake is able to create value for clients by offering comprehensive analytical insight to complement his local market intelligence. Specializing in Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Vancouver, Blake has completed various industrial and investment transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients including: industrial and flex space tenants, owner-occupiers, landlords, investors and institutions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Blake worked with a Canadian owned real estate brokerage specializing in industrial properties in Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Vancouver.
