Blake Gozda is a Senior Vice President with the industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield's Vancouver office. Over the course of his career, Blake has sold and leased well in excess of $1 billion of industrial properties; advising tenants, owner-occupiers, landlords, and institutional investors across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and the BC Interior. Blake combines market leading analytics with deep local market intelligence, having completed transactions ranging from single-tenant industrial leases to institutional-scale investment sales. Blake joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, after working with a boutique Canadian-owned brokerage for 5 years.
