As Executive Managing Director and Managing Principal, GTA Suburban Markets, Brad is responsible for driving growth across the suburban markets including office, industrial, retail, land and investment brokerage. Brad has more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with deep roots in the brokerage and investment side of the business, as well as expertise in strategic business development and land development pursuits. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad was Director of Sales at Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc., a QuadReal company. In that position, he contributed to the growth strategy of the developer’s national portfolio through acquisitions, expansions, and greenfield development opportunities across Canada. Under his leadership, Brad elevated Parkbridge’s status as the country’s largest owner operator of Land Lease Communities. 

Brad began his career in 1991 with Royal LePage Commercial in the downtown Toronto office and later moved to the Toronto West to focus on mid-market investment sales across the GTA.
