Brad Pilling is a Vice President in the Industrial Sales & Leasing division of Cushman & Wakefield Calgary. 

Brad started his career with Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Royal LePage Commercial) in 1995. After almost 20 years with two other national brokerages, Brad has returned as a more experienced agent to Cushman & Wakefield.

In this role, Brad utilizes his strong negotiation skills coupled with his numerous long-term relationships with a variety of owner/user, tenant and Landlord clients. He excels at finding knowledge-based and creative options for his clients by honing his ability to think critically from past experiences to reach solutions. Brad remains enthusiastic and driven in transacting and always looks forward to the next deal. 

With over 21 years in the industry, Brad specializes in free standing, single use properties, owner/user land sales, tenant rep leasing assignments, warehouse distribution and manufacturing uses. Throughout his career, he has been accredited as an expert in Industrial investment sales of free standing, multi-tenant, and sale-lease back properties.

In his free time, Brad likes to spend it with his wife, 4 adult children and his 2 grandkids. He’s an avid cyclist and outdoorsman, who enjoys travelling around western Canada and the US racing mountain bikes and exploring the wilderness on horseback.
