Brian started his career in commercial real estate research in 2018. His experience has helped him develop a keen eye for emerging trends as well as a firm understanding of both broad and local market dynamics. As an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield's Toronto Office, Brian helps to ensure that the diverse needs of occupier clients are fully serviced, from engagement to execution. He has experience across a broad range of transaction sizes and types, including tenant representation, lease renewals, office relocations, and portfolio optimization.

Brian is interested in sustainability initiatives and new trends, with a goal of helping clients materialize their ESG ambitions. Brian is actively involved with WeBuild, a social enterprise to help incubate community-oriented real estate projects and Cushman & Wakefield’s BUILD, a resource group with the objective of promoting diversity and inclusivity within the real estate industry.
