Charlie Musgrave is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 21 years of international leasing experience across Toronto, Hong Kong, New York, and other major North American markets. His career has been defined by a deep focus on office leasing, development, and asset management, consistently leading high-impact leasing transactions and cultivating trusted relationships with global occupiers. In 2025, after 14 years representing institutional ownership groups, Charlie rejoined the brokerage side of the industry with Cushman & Wakefield. This move marked a strategic return, bringing an owner’s perspective to client advisory and tenant engagement.

Charlie has held senior leadership roles at CBRE, Cadillac Fairview, and most recently at Ivanhoé Cambridge/ La Caisse, where he led leasing efforts for a $15 billion CAD, 13.5 million sq. ft. portfolio of office and life sciences assets across eight key U.S. markets. His portfolio includes several landmark projects such as Toronto’s CIBC Square, Houston’s Texas Tower, and 1211 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

A committed industry leader, Charlie has served on the boards of NAIOP Greater Toronto (2016–2018), the NAIOP Corporate Board of Directors (2018–2022), and the Canadian Leadership Council for CoreNet Global (2018–2021). These roles reflect his long-standing dedication to advancing the commercial real estate profession.

Beyond his professional achievements, Charlie is actively involved in community initiatives. He currently serves as co-Chair of the Eva’s Golf Classic, with >$2M in donations raised in support of Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth in the Greater Toronto Area.

Charlie is known for his strategic insight, collaborative approach, and passion for city-building. He brings a unique blend of institutional expertise and practical execution to every mandate, with a steadfast commitment to delivering long-term value for clients.
