Cordell is an Associate, Capital Markets – Investment Sales, at Cushman & Wakefield based in Victoria, BC. He joined the team as Victoria’s first Research Analyst that spearheaded projects to compile proprietary Victoria commercial real estate research statistics. Cordell has had the opportunity to work with many fee earners thus gaining exposure and experience in multiple industry sectors.
In 2018, Cordell successfully transitioned into brokerage. Focusing on investment sales, he is able to merge his skills in financial analytics with his fundamental knowledge of the Victoria market.
