With 35 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, Craig Haziza Personal Real Estate Corporation is a formidable force in the Greater Vancouver market. Averaging over 40 sale and lease transactions during each of the last five years is a testament to a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge and the ability to successfully complete a transaction. 

Mr. Haziza specializes in commercial property including land, investment buildings and owner occupier properties. He has successfully been involved in several development projects playing an instrumental role in the entire process. He has extensive experience in assisting developers in all facets of a project including site acquisition, design consulting, project lease/sale and ultimately property disposition.

Mr. Haziza has been able to utilize his strong background and experience in retail leasing to analyze and maximize the sale value of retail and commercial property.  That is, by fully understanding the value of the leasing market Mr. Haziza is better able to maximize the sale value of the property.

Mr. Haziza joined Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield ULC) in 1999, having previously worked for a local brokerage development company as Director of Leasing, responsible for overseeing all company leasing activity.
