Craig Trenholm is a Executive Vice President for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of the Toronto West office. He’s team focuses on providing multi-market tenants and investors around the Greater Toronto Area and North America unparalleled guidance, financial analysis expertise, and market knowledge to help them make informed decisions that positively impact their working environments, people and bottom lines.

Craig has obtained a Master of Corporate Real Estate Designation ("MCR") with CoreNet Global, and a Certified Commercial Investment Designation ("CCIM") with the CCIM Institute. In addition to industry certifications, Craig is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), and part of the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Association (CREA & OREA).

Éducation

Craig is a graduate from the Fred C. Manning School of Business at Acadia University where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Craig also holds a postgraduate certificate (PGSV) in Real Property Valuation from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. The certificate has been developed in a partnership between the UBC Real Estate Division and the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC). 

Craig has a passion for continuous learning both personally and professionally. During the pandemic, Craig achieved a SIOR designation with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and has taken multiple online courses with CCIM to expand his skill set. Craig also holds a post- graduate degree in Real Property Valuation (PGCV), a NFP certificate (Board Governance Essentials with the Institute of Corporate Directors) and CoreNet certifications, including a Masters of Corporate Real Estate and CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member.
