Danielle is a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group in Saskatchewan and Alberta.  Throughout her work experience, Danielle has accumulated over ten years’ experience in real estate valuation and advisory work. 

Danielle is responsible for client assignments & service delivery across various markets in Saskatchewan and Alberta including all Valuation & Advisory services in the commercial real estate sector.   Her major focus is on the valuation of investment property including office, retail, industrial and multi-family. Danielle’s experience has been acquired through a wide range of client assignments which include: Appraisal of investment quality assets using Argus DCF to complete complex cash flow modeling and analysis; extensive experience in office, retail, industrial and multi-family asset classes; and compiling purchaser due diligence workbooks and reports, examining all relevant documents concerning properties and their operation
