Daphné is based in Ottawa and provides valuation and advisory services across a variety of asset classes, with a depth of expertise in multi-family residential properties. Her work is supported by practical market insight and a commitment to delivering clear, defensible valuations for investors, lenders, and property owners.

Daphné has completed appraisal assignments for a range of national and institutional clients, including GWLRA, Hazelview, LaSalle, Fiera, and KingSett, among others. With previous experience working in banking and risk management, she offers a well-rounded perspective on real estate investment and financing.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, Daphné is also an active member of the commercial real estate community, serving as a board member of CREW Ottawa.
