David Lees is an Executive Vice President in the Office Sales & Leasing division of C&W Calgary.
In this role, David serves as a trusted consultant to local and international owners and occupiers. Since joining the office leasing industry in 2008, David has successfully negotiated in excess of three million square feet of transactions for clients from a wide range of industries. This extensive experience allows him to provide creative solutions, tailored to each individual client’s needs.
David and his teammates, Adam Ramsay and Trent Peterson, assist owners with leasing and sales of office buildings and condos, and tenants with renewals, relocations, and acquisitions.
David’s notable lease transactions include advising clients such as: LaFarge, Harris Canada, Energy Safety Canada, Miele, Desjardins, Imperial Oil, ThyssenKrupp, AMJ Campbell, and Maxxam.
In his spare time, David enjoys camping, fishing, and golfing with his wife and three sons.
