David joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 specializing in downtown office leasing and sales after almost two years in real estate brokerage in Metro Vancouver with DTZ Vancouver Real Estate Ltd. With a focus on Downtown and the Broadway Corridor both as a listing and tenant representative agent. Previously he was involved in residential real estate. David brings a high level of energy to his profession, and spends his time efficiently prospecting for tenants and generating sale leads for clients. 

David is a graduate of UBC’s Bachelor of Management program as well as the Real Estate Trading Services program. As a result of his strong work ethic and motivation David was granted a scholarship to play on UBCO’s varsity basketball team. During this time he honed his ability to work effectively with others in a team environment and was named captain in his senior year. 

David is a proud and active member of both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
