Derek Snyder, Vice Chair has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield Toronto Office Leasing division for 26 years. As one of Cushman & Wakefield Canada’s most successful office leasing brokers, Derek has built a trusted reputation of translating business strategies into real estate solutions that mitigate costs and risks while improving overall corporate performance.

Derek and his team have represented some of North America’s most prestigious clients, including: Microsoft, BMO, EY, Lowe’s, Wells Fargo, Bank of Montreal, Laurentian Bank, Willis Insurance and several of Canada’s most distinguished legal firms. In addition, the team most recently completed the second largest leasing transaction in Canadian history with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) for up to 1.75 million square feet at CIBC Square, downtown Toronto’s landmark development located at 81 and 141 Bay Street.
