Edgar is a Senior Vice President, Investment Sales, for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Vancouver. Edgar joined the firm in 2010 working as an analyst, specializing in the assessment of investment and development properties. He later turned his focus to sales where he became a licensed sales representative and integral part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales group and Canadian National Advisory Council.

As part of the Investment Sales team, Edgar co-leads all Western Canada and select National mandates for office, retail, multi-family rental investment properties, as well as development land sales of various size, scale, and complexity. Over the course of the past eight (8) years, Edgar has been involved in more than $7 billion of real estate transactions.

In 2017 and 2019, Edgar ranked in Vancouver’s Top 10 and Canada’s Top 20 amongst all Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals. In 2018 he was the recipient of the esteemed Peter Barnicke Future Leader Award, an honour given to a professional who demonstrates high performance and continued growth, commitment to the firm and community at large and is under the age of 35.
