Eric Rice specializes in tenant and owner/user representation in the leasing and sales of industrial property across the Delta, Surrey, Richmond and more recently Abbotsford markets. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Eric offers his clients a breadth of knowledge and expertise within the local market while his understanding of the Lower Mainland paired with his education and work experience, continues to create lasting client relationships with both tenants and landlords.

Eric joined the Cushman & Wakefield team as an experienced agent in 2016 after having spent 5 years at Newmark Devencore as a key member of the industrial team, specializing in business development.

Notable clients Eric has worked with include: Westbond Paper, Transcold Distribution, Aeronigma, Bright Blinds, Dynamic Facilities Management, Hobart, Wallace & Carey Inc, Praxair Canada Inc, Fortis BC, Fluxwerx Illumination, Prism Medical Ltd, AP Group, Pacific Coastal Express (A Landtran Company), Fountain Tire, Dolphin Delivery, Prime Source Building Products and Prism Construction Ltd.

In 2010, Eric completed a Certificate in Business Administration at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, specializing in finance, accounting, marketing and professional sales. He concurrently completed a six month co-op term with Dominion Lending Centers, facilitating loans between private banks and brokerages. While Eric excelled in this line of work, his drive, tenacity and strong interpersonal skills turned his ambition towards the agent side of the industry which led him to receive Junior Broker of the Year in 2014.
