Ethan Regan began his career in real estate with a summer internship at Cushman & Wakefield in Victoria, gaining valuable experience in the industry. While completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria, he also obtained his Real Estate Trading Services License.

After graduating, Ethan transitioned into a research role at Cushman & Wakefield in Vancouver, focusing on the office asset class. This role deepened his understanding of the market and set the stage for his current position as an Associate Broker in the Office Sales & Leasing Division at C&W.

Ethan is passionate about delivering value to clients and staying ahead of market trends, ensuring that he provides informed and strategic advice in every transaction.
