Falisha Saggu is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing properties across Western Canada. Her focus includes mixed-use assets, purpose-built rental apartment buildings, shopping centres, and hotel investments, where she advises a broad range of private and institutional clients.

Falisha has over a decade of real estate sales experience, having completed more than $600 million in transaction volume since the inception of her career. She works closely with private high-net-worth individuals and families, publicly traded REITs, and large asset management firms, providing strategic guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio growth.
