Fay has a very client-focused approach to the business and possesses in-depth market knowledge, excellent analytical skills and a strong financial aptitude. These traits, along with her diligence and innate ability to see the “bigger picture” in any transaction, ensures that she is able to thoroughly represent her client’s best interests.

Fay Goveas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and together with Craig Trenholm, they have consistently been one of the top office leasing teams in the Greater Toronto Area for the past 10 years completing over 1.5 MM square feet of transactions in the past two years alone.

Fay is a licensed real estate broker with the Toronto Real Estate Board and a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University with an Honors Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
