As Director of Operations, Gary Galardo is responsible for building the Global Occupier Services Canadian National Platform and acts as a steward for operational excellence. He oversees the management of the department and ensures that administrative and operational functions are provided in an efficient and effective manner. Additionally, he manages the annual business plan, budget, and training initiatives for GOS Canada. Gary develops, innovates, and maintains financial and human resource tools, reporting systems and synchronization with Canada and Americas GOS finance teams.
