Gary has been an integral part of the Alberta commercial real estate industry for over four decades. As a founding partner of Dynafour Real Estate Limited in 1981, he has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company into what it has become today; a full service multi disciplined firm. Gary’s focus lies in retail leasing, sales, and site selection, and he is dedicated to assisting his numerous clients to achieve their goals. Throughout his career, Gary has had the privilege of representing some of Alberta's most prominent developers, including Melcor Developments and Melcor REIT, Jim Pattison Group, Allard Developments, Cameron Developments, Crombie REIT, Hopewell Development Corp., Forum Properties, Artis REIT, RioCan REIT, Royop Properties and Alldritt Developments. Presently, Gary is the real estate advisor for many retailers including; Recipe Unlimited, TD Bank, MTY Group, RBC and Valvoline Inc.

Gary’s hands-on experience and success in the Alberta market underscore his profound understanding and capability to thrive in diverse real estate ventures across the province. He takes immense pride in his longstanding involvement with his many clients and his giving back to the community. Gary’s extensive community involvement currently includes serving as a trustee of the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and on the Board of The Citadel Theatre.
