Graham is a commercial real estate agent specializing in industrial sales & leasing throughout Richmond, Burnaby, and South Vancouver. Graham first began working with Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a research analyst. In this role, he analyzed market data and created market reports, helped create pitch material, and developed marketing strategies for the brokerage team.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Graham acquired a double major in Marketing & Finance at Bishops University. He began working in commercial real estate at CBRE and decided to develop a career in brokerage after completing his university degree. He holds a Real Estate Trading Services License from the University of British Columbia, is a member of BCREA & REBGV.
Since moving into his role in brokerage, Graham’s principal business is in within the Fraser Valley industrial market. With his previous research experience and specialized work in the industrial market, Graham provides comprehensive analytics and market knowledge for his clients. He uses his experience this to achieve his clients’ goals, negotiate optimal terms and aid in the strategic planning of his clients’ organizations.
