Greg is a long standing, award-winning, member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver Industrial Team, working primarily in the industrial markets of Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Richmond.
In his 25 years with Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.), Greg has won various sales achievement awards. He was also part of the leasing team that negotiated the successful build to suite lease for EV Logistics’ new distribution facility in Gloucester Industrial Estates. The lease transaction was a 411,000-square foot facility on 24 acres owned by The Beedie Group. At the time, this was the largest build to suit transaction in the Lower Mainland.
