Greg is an award-winning senior member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto East’s industrial team. He has worked with companies in the manufacturing, distribution and high-tech sectors and spent decades specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings. With his deep pool of relationships and experience He has moved further into the investment property sales sector, focusing mainly in the industrial property asset class.
Greg has been working as a licensed agent in commercial real estate since 1987 and joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. (previously Royal LePage Commercial) in 1997, where he has been consistently recognized for his superior sales performance.
His results-oriented approach and history of solid performance have earned him the respect of clients- -repeat business is a litmus test for any agent and he has a proud track record with his customers. His family background in industrial building construction is a valuable resource to clients, along with his education in civil engineering.
